How to transfer data from Personal E-bank to another computer

When you are changing the computer or uninstalling Windows and you want to save your data from the Address book of customers and Archives of payment orders and traffic, you need to follow the steps below.


Step 1:

Close Personal E-Bank program.


Step 2:

Open the location where Personal E-Bank is installed by right-clicking on the icon Personal E-Bank and choose the option Open File Location.


Step 3:

In the Personal E-Bank folder find these files:

  1. .ebankauthentication.dat 
  2. Eimenik.accdb 
  3. PersonalEbank.accdb.
If you find Auditlog.accdb in the same directory, copy that file also.

Save those files on a USB drive or a folder that can serve as a backup.



Step 4:

SWITCH TO YOUR OTHER COMPUTER


Step 5:

If you haven't installed Personal E-Bank on your other computer follow the guide HERE.

If you have, start the program and before typing your PIN click ESC on your keyboard.




Step 7:

Open the location where Personal E-Bank is installed by right-clicking on the icon Personal E-Bank and choose the option Open File Location.



Step 8:

Copy the necessary files that your previously saved ( .ebankauthentication.dat , Eimenik.accdb and PersonalEbank.accdb ) and replace those in the current folder.


By doing this you have successfully transfered all the information regarding the Address book of customers and Archives of payment orders and traffic.

You can enter the program.
